Panama City Beach Senior Center

The Panama City Beach Senior Center offers classes, workshops, and fellowship to people age 50 years and older. The Center is comprised of three buildings, the Lyndell building, the Oatfield building, and the Cypress House. Annual memberships are available. Forms can be picked up at the Cypress House or can be downloaded from their Website.

Flower arranging and digital photography workshops were recent workshops made available through a partnership with Gulf Coast Community College.

The Panama City Beach Senior Center is located at 423 Lyndell Lane Panama City Beach, Florida 32407. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 3:00. Phone numbers are: Lyndell Building -236-3033, Oatfield Building -233-5065, Cypress House -236-3038.

Strength and Exercise  class at Panama City Beach Senior Center
ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer Stefania Nuzzolo teaches a class in Strength and Exercise two times a week at the Center.

Pot Luck Special

Three times a Week: Line Dan icing, Bridge

Two Times A week: Council on Aging Bingo and
Lunch, Mature Body Exercise, Yoga,
Strength and Exercise, and Golf Club

Weekly Events: Bocce/Horseshoes, Woodcarving, Darts, Begriming Bridge, Tai Chi, Zumba, Swiss Ball Exercise, Spanish Conversation, Painting Partners, Ceramics, Social Line Dancing, Ballroom Dancing, Scrapbooking, Internet and Email Classes.

Clubs that meet at the Center: Beach Bay Optimist Club, Sunshine Club, TOPS, Miracle Strip Jr. Women's Club, and PCB Women's Civic Club


Games:

Dominoes, Single Deck Pinochle, Double Deck Pinochle, Bid Euchre, Cribbage. Games and Puzzles are available to play or check out. Internet use available M-F .

Biloxi Day Trips

Every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the summer. Contact Heather at the Oatfield Building for further information.

  • PCB Christmas Tree Lighting

  • Fourth of July Celebration
  • PCB Seafood Festival
  • Annual Golf Tournament
  • Fall Festival and Health Fair
  • Telephone Calling Committee (Can be done from your home or at the Center)
