The Panama City Beach Flag Warning System has been established to alert swimmers to the current conditions and any safety considerations. Flags are posted at most beach access points. Swimmers need to heed the warnings. There are no lifeguards on the beaches.
Always exercise caution and use good sense when swimming. Never swim alone.
